Monitoring Of The Center:
14. Monitoring of the Center:
(1) The National Committee shall monitor as per necessity whether or not the Center has operated in accordance
with the Act and the Rule and the District Committee shall at least biannually inspect and monitor.
(2) The officials assigned to inspect and monitor pursuant to Subrule
(1) shall submit a report to the concerned Committee on a format prescribed in Schedule-3. The District Committee shall send its report to the National Committee.
